In psychology classes, we will work on such aspects as reducing stress, increasing self-esteem, getting to know our inner world. Through the game, drawing, fairy tale therapy and discussion, an experienced psychologist will help the children deal with their emotions, become more self-confident, learn to relax and restore inner balance, etc.
Children will also work on improving communication skills – they will learn to listen and hear the interlocutor, try to clearly express their thoughts.
