Modern choreography (ages 8+)

During classes, the child learns to control his body, receives the necessary load, improves body`s flexibility and stretching. Dance classes also help to get rid of negative emotions. Through dancing children get acquainted with the culture and art of different countries and nationalities.

Physical development

Many children have problems with posture because they spend a lot of time at the computer. Dancing is one of the most effective ways to avoid back problems. In the process of learning, muscle tone improves, joints are trained. Rehearsals help to make the body strong and enduring. A slender figure, straight back and beautiful gait are the hallmarks of the dancers.

Aesthetic development

Children develop an ear for music, a sense of rhythm and style.

Overcoming psychological barriers

Dancing children are more confident and communicative. Dancing makes a shy child more liberated, a hyperactive one directs his energy to a positive direction.

In our classes the child receives feedback from the teacher, who corrects errors in his movements. This is the main difference between our dance classes and Youtube videos. The child does not thoughtlessly repeat the movements, but carefully follows the instructions of the teacher. During classes many songs are in Russian, that stimulates the desire of children to study content in Russian.
