Psychology (ages 8-10)
What is psychology? How and why can you better understand yourself and other people? How to become more communicative? Why do we need emotions, how to take them under control, and how to talk about our emotions correctly? These and many other questions will be discussed in our classes.

In psychology classes, we will work on such aspects as reducing stress, increasing self-esteem, getting to know our inner world. Through the game, drawing, fairy tale therapy and discussion, an experienced psychologist will help the children deal with their emotions, become more self-confident, learn to relax and restore inner balance, etc.
Children will also work on improving communication skills – they will learn to listen and hear the interlocutor, try to clearly express their thoughts.
