Elizaveta Kharchenko

Elizaveta is an artist, animator, and educator with more than 10 years of professional experience in the animation industry. She has worked with studios including Soyuzmultfilm, SHAR, and Delai, while also building extensive teaching experience with children and college-level students.

In 2014, Elizaveta founded her own children’s animation studio, KID SUN, where she began working with students from age 6. She later taught at a college and currently continues her academic teaching at the Moscow State Institute of Culture. This combination of professional animation work and teaching allows her to bring real industry experience directly into the classroom.

Her lessons are built around observation, analysis, and experimentation. Elizaveta encourages students to notice how movement and the world around them actually work — how a cat runs, how leaves fall, or how a frog jumps — and then use those observations to create their own characters, stories, and animation. She likes to break complex tasks into simple steps, helping students understand how something works before they begin experimenting and creating something new.

Above all, Elizaveta aims to develop curiosity, observation skills, and creativity in her students.
