We teach Russian to adults at any level and for any purpose

Our teachers design lessons tailored to your goals and interests. You learn Russian that truly matters — for life, work, study, or travel — together with a professional who makes lessons engaging and effective. No strange phrases from language apps that you’d never use in real life — only real, practical language you can apply immediately. Lessons happen at your pace and on a schedule that works for you.

I am studying Russian because as a heritage speaker, it is important for me to preserve the language and pass it on to my children.

I signed up as an adult with RuKids Club to learn Russian so that I could interact more with my wife and her friends in their native language, and also because I enjoy learning languages in general.

I decided to take Russian because my wife is Russian and she speaks to our son in Russian. When he started getting good at speaking Russian, it peaked my curiosity. I also want to encourage him to learn as I think it is valuable to be able to speak multiple languages in the world today and I want what is best for him in the future. So I tried to learn with him and I started to enjoy it. Also because of my age, it is good to train your mind to learn new things to prevent cognitive decline.

I wanted to study Russian so that my children and I could engage more with my wife's family and culture, and also to try something new and challenging.

I have been taking lessons now through RuKids Club for over three years and love it. My teacher is outstanding - she is extremely well-schooled in language teaching, and every lesson is a fun and instructive mix of conversation and grammar with cultural lessons too. She is punctual and flexible, and it has really been fun to work with her. RuKids Club is also very affordable. My lesson is an hour every week that I look forward to, and I can't recommend this language learning experience highly enough!!

I absolutely love studying Russian with Armine. She tailors each lesson to suit my particular interests and needs, blending grammar with open dialogue. Each lesson is theme-based and unique. We've covered everything from Viktor Tsoi of Kino to Bulgakov's Master and Margarita. Armine is thoughtful, methodical, and devises a challenging yet approachable curriculum.

I like the fact that the school is flexible. We have very busy scheduleds and the school always works with us to reschedule. I also really like the teacher, she is personable and mixed in with learning the language, i get to learn more about her and her home and russia and russian culture. There is a lot to like about the school, the teacher and the classes.

As an adult learner, I was unsure at first about choosing a school mostly known for kids. After contacting the RuKidsClub administration, they explained that their teachers are very experienced with both children and adults, and it was easy to agree on a convenient schedule. From the first lesson, I really liked my teacher — the classes feel supportive, engaging, and truly adult-focused. The pricing is fair, the schedule is flexible, and the quality of teaching exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend RuKidsClub to others.
