Andrey Polyachenko

Andrey is a geography teacher with 10 years of teaching experience. He works with students of different ages, teaches advanced geography courses, and prepares students for academic competitions. His students include winners and prize-winners of the final stage of the Russian National School Olympiad in Geography.
Andrey focuses on helping students truly understand geography. He sees it not as a collection of isolated facts, but as a system of fascinating patterns and connections. In his lessons, students learn to explore the causes behind geographic processes, connect natural, social, and economic phenomena, and move beyond memorization toward deeper understanding.
He also has experience in curriculum development, economics, statistics, and analytics. This broader background allows him to connect geography with real-world processes and show students how the subject extends beyond the school textbook. Andrey has also been working with elementary school students since 2025.
